Shrimp is very high in cholesterol, but whether it would be bad for you is relative. Do you have high cholesterol? Are you overweight? Do you get good exercise less than twice a week?

If all those answers are no, then shrimp is fine for you.

Other than that, shrimp and broccoli is only unhealthy if the sauce is bad. If you get it at a restaurant it is probably on the unhealthy side, because restaurants use very fatty and salty sauces to give food more flavor. If you make it yourself, just use a simple teryiaki sauce (you can check the label for nutrition info) and you'll be good.

and I think shrimp is a scavenger creature and you aren't supposed to eat scavenger creatures, since they eat junk.

shrimp is one of the best "animal" foods for you, and brocolli is chock full of good stuff.

its probably not a good idea to eat that for lunch at work tho, i'm not sure your coworkers would appreciate the noxious gases eminating from your cubicle, as that is a recipe for a gassy afternoon.
