At First it really depends on what you have for a liver infection. What is the infection you have? There are various liver infections. Some liver infection include liver failure, liver disease, live enlargement, liver inflammation, or even a swollen liver. But it honestly depends on the disease you have. Such as if you had hepatitis, your liver would have a symptom of liver failure.
