I am looking for finger food type french desserts, it doesnt matter how simple or difficult, they just need to be finger type pastries. It's for a school function with children from ages 3 - 22. Any ideas are welcome, cookies, bars, ect ???????

This is an old family recipe:

If you make a meringue mixture, and drop them into small "cookies", then cook them. Well waiting for those to be done, Mix up some custard (using the egg yolks left over from the meringue) when the custard cools mix sweet peaches into it. Also make some fresh whipped cream. Then when the meringue is done take them of the wax paper, top them with a little custard and some whipped cream.

I love those mini eclairs and cream puffs. I'm sure lots of people do, so you should bring those. Also, you might want to bring something healthy like pinapple chunks for people who are on a diet.

Mini croissants.They are available at the grocery store,and they are very affordable.
