That would be very difficult, as vegerarians do not report to anyone about their diets. Also, there are many degrees of vegetarianism. Many people refer to themselves as vegetarians simply if they do not eat red meat. To be a true vegetarian means to eat no animal flesh. To be a vegan means to consume no animal products, wear no leather, or anything else that came from an animal, including products tested on animals. To be a pescatarian means to eat no meat or poultry, but to eat fish. It would be difficult to calculate who is what, and as I said, we don't report it to anyone who would be keeping track. I would hazzard a guess tho, that we make up less than one percent of the population. I do not personally know any vegetarians besides my self and my daughter, and we know ALOT of people.
