Oculomotor (Cranial Nerve III), Trochlear (IV) and Abducens (VI) needs to be tested together because their motor functions overlap.

III - pupillary constriction, upper eyelid elevation, most eye movements
IV - downwar and inward eye movement
VI - lateral eye movement
