I have a throat infection & my doctor sent me to a pharmacy for antibiotic tablets called "PINACLAV TABS 25-/125MG CO-AMOXICLAV". He told me to gargle them, does this mean dissolve in water, gargle & swallow or gargle & spit??

a gargle means just that! gargle and spit! or you will be going back for a hole in your stomach!

Probably gargle and spit. Your prescription likely came with a sheet that lists the doc's # and the pharm # to call if you have questions. If not just call the pharmacy you picked it up at or any pharmacy for that matter and ask them.

Call you doctor and ask him/her. Or his nurse. I have never heard of an antibiotic that you gargle. In fact I searched the name of that medication and all I found was a blood pressure medication with that name.

Call you doctor and ask.

I would not suggest swallowing this unless you want a really bad stomach ache!! Gargling direction will usually tell you that you should NOT swallow!!

just gargle and spit it out cuz some medicines are dangerous to swallow.

Most probably, it is gargle and spit. But to be certain, better clarify it with your doctor/pharmacist.
