Occasionally i get a painful lump on my labia and when i touch it, a whole load of pus comes out and then a little bit of blood.
No itchiness, no discharge, just pain.
What the hell is it?

I only get them at the top end of my Labia - i thought the Bart... cysts were at the bottom where the glands are?
And i've been to the doctor (but i didnt agree with her diagnisis) and am off to the clinic in a couple of days

Well, it could be a cyst or an ingrown hair. It could also be Syphilis, which is a sexually transmitted disease/infection. The first stage of Syphilis starts with a sore as you mentioned and it varies where it is located. The sore is the spot where the infection occurred. You didn't say what the other health care provider diagnosed it as. Even if you aren't happy with the diagnoses, you need to take what they say into consideration until you see the second provider for a second opinion! Until then, wash your hands after touching the infected so as not to spread any kind of bacteria (bacteria causes all three afformentioned things), abstain from sexual relations (including oral and heavy petting involving the affected area) and try to keep the area clean and dry as much as possible. If the first person prescribed anything for you(such as an antibiotic), I would take it. Good luck to you and hopefully everything turns out OK. Sorry you are going through this! I feel for you! Peace!

It is probably just a pimple/cyst...yes, you can get them in that area...I know exactly what you are talking about. Try to notice if you get them before a period. It could be because of a hormonal change, just like you'd get break outs on other parts of the body. If you're really concerned, check with your doctor, but I'm pretty sure they're nothing to worry about.

Is it possible that it could be an ingrown hair? Try putting a hot facecloth on the lump to 'draw' the pus out the hair may come with it, if not try gently squeezing the lump and see if anything comes out. If not then i suggest a trip to your doctor.

Probably an ingrown hair. I get those pretty much every time I shave down there *and I am 100% STD free, always have been*. If you haven't recently been screened, though, you may want to see your doctor to be on the safe side.

It could also be a boil which is common in that area. However, I agree with everyone else. You should definitely go see a doctor to rule out an STD.

Yeah, sounds like an ingrown hair, I get them a lot. I just squeeze the pus out then leave it really.

Sounds like an ingrown hair to me, I wouldn't be too concerned, but you might want to get the dr to check it just to make sure.
