Also how much is the sandwich loaf abt 600-650gm per loaf, ex-farm chicken 1.5 - 2 kg per bird, how many eggs per tray and price of eggs for grade A & B, high protein flour per pack of 600 gm. And how much is the rate of electricity and water charged by the government in Ghana?

All the items you mentioned are readily available in the larger towns and cities, you'll have problems finding some of them in the more rural parts.

The exception is bread, it's not something that's eaten much in Ghana although getting the ingredients to make it will be easy enough to come by.

Prices are much lower than in the US or Europe, perhaps about one fifth. Chickens are everywhere (and eggs), you can buy them for no more than $0.50.

If you want water for cooking you'll need to buy bottled water (a few cents a liter), tap water isn't drinkable.

A lot of houses don't have any mains water or electricity, those that do don't pay much and the billing system is eratic. A friend of mine has just recieved a bill for £130 / $250 (the equivalent of) for the last 3 and a half years electric supply.

Here are some prices. Also commodities liek sodas and beers. Also the Wold Fact Book on Ghana. It will tell you how the economy is there and safety concerns if you are planning on traveling there.
