Yes it is possible but not that easy. The symptoms (if any) would probably be mild and include a chronic sore throat, pain in the gums and a sore tongue.
If you think you have an oral infection with Chlamydia it is easily treated but you will need a prescription from a doctor or nurse.

Yeah, but it's much harder to get it in your mouth than on the genitals, so it's not that common! It can sometimes cause sore throats, eye infections, and things like that.
