HIV/AIDS can be transferred through oral sex on a female because vaginal fluid carries the HIV virus. So if a person has a small cut or tear in or around their mouth there is a chance that the the virus can enter into the bloodstream through the small cut or tear in and around the mouth. If you choose to have oral sex, and your partner is female, use a latex barrier (such as a natural rubber latex sheet, a dental dam or a cut-open condom that makes a square) between your mouth and the vagina. A latex barrier such as a dental dam reduces the risk of blood or vaginal fluids entering your mouth. Plastic food wrap also can be used as a barrier, as long as it is non-microwavable (microwavable plastic wrap is porous-has very small holes- so it is not advised to use that)
Hope this helps. Oral sex is a lower risk for HIV but it is still a risk. If you are worried I suggest both you and your partner getting tested. Good Luck

If the person is infected then the mucous membrane also would contain the virus but it cannot spread through the stomach because the virus is killed by the acidity of the stomach however the risk of spreading is there if there are any nicks and cuts in your tongue or mouth or if there are any mouth ulcers because the virus will then directly reach your blood stream through is wounds.
