You may do better if you have foods that the others don't have - why not try fried plaintain 'rounds'. Do them at the stall if poss.
Or apples sliced and briefly dipped in lemon juice to stop browning
Or small paper party cups of dried fruit and nuts - say one date, 2 dried apricots and 10 peanuts, 3 almonds. . .sell them expensive since the dried fruit will cost you.
Or how about bananas sliced and spread with natural peanut butter?
I am a health food nutcase. . . ergo these suggestions. I would not eat a hot dog unless I was literally STARVING. Do you know what they are MADE of??

I know in the night market in Taiwan, oyster fry is the most popular snack food. but I doubt the americans would like it.
