Your family doctor should be able to perform an ECG in the office and tell if you are having heart palpitations, or skipped beats or some type of blockage, or tell you it is normal. Sometimes stomach problems can be felt as chest discomfort. best to get it checked out. My husband had heart attack at age 46. If I didn't know his symptoms were heart related he would have died that night. He had "heartburn" with nausea and couldn't decide if he would get vomiting or diarrhea also a cold sweat. Other symptoms are if the pain radiates (spreads) to the shoulder area mostly to the left side and general uneasy feeling, and shortness of breath. If any of these symptoms occur you should go to ER asap. better to be safe than sorry. believe me...i know

that could be angina which is the muscles
around the heart
you can also have pains similar to indigestion
palpatations of the heart
high blood pressure
sometimes hard to breathe when you get pains
weakness & sweating when you get pain too
your best to get a stress test done to make sure
thats the problem as you might have indigestion
get a mammogram pain could be in breast

Could be heart burn or an ulcer. See a doctor ASAP anyway.
