Rent a limo for an hour and drive around town while you mix them shirley temples in martini glasses, make sure to go by all the boys houses. Then go home and rent a bunch of the suite life of cody and zach.

Yea that's good also host karaoke night & have a fashion show-however the thing is they have to make their fashions out of tape & tissue paper only. Then have a twizzler eating contest(don't kno y it's just a real fun game to play) but they cant touch the twizzler with their hands and the twizzler has to be completely gone. Then n the morning, let them cook their on food...that way u can chaperone and clean the other dishes at the same time...buy wip cream, fresh fruit, m&ms, chocolate chips, & lots of syrup so they can top them with anything they want...then later on instead of a huge cake let them decorate their own cupcakes, that way u can use the left overs from the breakfast so u may want to have a spoon n each bowl or container so everything doesn't get too messy. Then back to the fashion show, who ever wins can receive gifts...b generous I kno it's her bday but she can give up 10-25 dollars of her money 4 something really nice.
For food serve 'of course' pizza, hot dogs(just n case someone is lactos intolerant, don't kno how 2 spell that and I'm 1(lol)), popcorn, & candy!!!
Look at these websites for some fun 13 year old gifts!!!

Sounds like fun! Okay, since this is a hollywood theme, I'd say have each girl dress up like her favorite hollywood celebrity, perhaps bring their fav movie of that celebrity, CD or whatever. they could give one another makeovers like their fav celebrity. Some other good things to do is play some type of game. like the scavenger hunt, finding clues to a question asked to solve the mystery of which celebrity it is. don't forget all the goodies and the stories, too. I hope this helps some, I don't know any 13 year olds and the ones I have known forgot they were 13.
Good Luck!

I totally agree with X-tine!

i have always wanted to be a party planner or somthing....okay here.....let the guests dres up as their fav celeb! buy some cheap but cool prizes for that scavenger hunt you were talking about.hide things that have to do with hollywood! and the snacks should be popcorn...ofcouse,soda or juice and gather the guests. let them take a vote of what to have for dinner

With a Hollywood theme, I'd have the girls dress up like different actresses or movie characters. Also, try this:

u could buy fake nails n they could all get them done
dress ups and take photos of them with each other to take home
Seriously though all they want to do is to sit in front of the tv watching dvds eating as much junk food as they can having fun with eachother you dont need to organise heaps of games and stuff
here is what i would do!!!!!

after all the girls get there take them up to get some DVDS
when they get home play a couple of games...
get them pizza, hot chips and coke for dinner
then have lollies chips chocolate etc... to snack on!!
choc mousse for dessert instead of a bday cake
watch movies

thats all they really need

Sounds like fun. I like the scavenger hunt idea. Whatever you choose, here is a party checklist to help you out.
