I have several Uncles and cousins who stutter. They all got help through The Stuttering Foundation. You can find a world of information on their web site at www.stutteringhelp.org. All of my relatives got their book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" and worked through it slowly following each step. One uncle went to a specialist that the Foundation referred him too as well as using the book. He is the most fluent today, but all of them overcame their stuttering. It takes determination and practice but you can do it, too!

You can overcome ANYTHING you if you will yourself to do so.

Relax, Take a deep breath, be happy , and talk calmly. It will take time but I promise you that you can cure yourself.

Think about what you want to say before you say it. Don't rush. Take your time.
