I noticed I had a blister type spot on my genitals and it has pretty much gone away, but now there is another one. Could this be due to dry skin, or is this Herpes or something of the sort? PLEASE HELP!!

Don't panic but definitely see a dermatologist before the current blister heals. And be careful not to touch your hand to your lips/mouth or eyes after touching your penis, until you have washed your hands thoroughly with soap. And don't have unprotected sex with anyone until you get checked out.

Was the second blister in the same spot? Usually herpes comes back in the same spot all the time, and there's usually a fair amount of time (at least a couple weeks) between outbreaks, new blisters don't usually show up right after the old ones heal.
Blisters like you describe can mean herpes but not necessarily, syphilis and chancroid are also STDs that cause blister-like sores, so you really need to go to a doctor! And go ASAP while there's a sore present so they can examine/culture it. You shouldn't have sex until you see a doctor about this, by the way.

I'm ammad my age is 23 actually I have a problem whenever I think about sex or talk to my fiance even for 2 second so I get eraction and other next second pre *** starts to come out with huge amount early in the age I masturbate 4 5 time in a week may be this problem is coming from masturbation so if any medicine available for control excessive pre *** then please tell I will be very thankfull.

I agree with everyone else sounds like herpes and you should see a DR immediately before you spread it to someone else Good luck and use a condom the next time

There are now blood tests available for herpes, so you could look into getting a blood test, to be sure
