You really need to get to a doctor as soon as possible to find out what is going on. You need to get your blood sugar under control as well, and that may mean taking meds or changing the ones you are already on. You are so young to feel this way, and you still have a long life ahead of you. Learning to care for your diabetes now means living and feeling better longer. Please talk to your parents as well. They really need to have an active role in your health care. Best wishes.

It sounds like you have high blood sugar.
You need to be placed on medicine and get it under control. You need to go to your doctor and have your diabetes reviewed. Then you can pick the correct regimen.
You need to have a glucose monitor and check your glucose regularly.
It is extremely important to get this under control. If you don't, you will be at higher risk for heart diseases. Most diabetics die at a young age due to various heart conditions.

Hypoglycemia is low blood glucose. Symptoms are--
Sweating and palpitations
Pale skin
Hunger - to the extreme
Trembling
Irritability
Anxiety/aggression
Poor concentration
Feelings of faintness/dizziness
Loss of consciousness
Death

Try eating a spoonful of sugar when this happens. If it goes away, you may have low blood sugar.
