I've heard of diabetes going away in two circumstances:
1. Type II diabetes that came spontaneously during pregnancy, and disappeared after the baby was born.
2. Type II diabetes that came to an overweight person who used diet and exercise within the first year of onset and 'reversed' the disease by weight loss and good habits.
Other than this, I haven't heard of anybody getting rid of diabetes.

Type 1 Diabetes. NO! Type 2 Highly unlikely, However with the epidemic of type 2 diabetics in the U.S today.. a LOT can be said for exercise! weight loss and moderation when eating! Even though Diabetes can be hereditary a sedentary lifestyle can help the disease emerge! As people begin to put on weight the fat inhibits the bodies' ability to use it's own insulin! Thus syndrome X. I personally feel that if a type 2 diabetic started to exercise, eat right and lose some of the excess weight.. the person may not need so much oral medication. At least not as much as when first diagnosed! With even a modest weight loss at first. Promoting healthier lifestyle changes! always consult your physician and dietician/nutrionist!? I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

No unfortunately. Maybe someday...... with all the techological and medical breakthroughs today you would think they'd have artificial insulin devices implanted in those who have this by now. The only thing about Diabetes is monitor it and control it. As long as you do that, there shouldn't be any problems. You also have to watch what you eat, and if you don't it will only get worse and the prospects of it ever being controlled will be slim to none.

No, Type 1 requires Insulin injections because the body doesn't make enough of it's own. Type 2 can be controlled with adjustments to diet and medications. But there is no actual cure.
