Red Bull is extremely high in caffeine. The caffeine in it will will increase you resting heart rate w/o you having to move a muscle. So basically it is putting high demands on your heart when you are at rest. Then when you go to exercise you feel so pumped up from the caffeine that you continue to work harder and harder. Now you have 2 factors working on your heart, caffeine and exercise. If you go for to long and too hard you could have a heart attack.Your heart will go into overload because it can not meet the demands of both stimulants. Also you increase your blood pressure for hours at a time when drinking caffeine. As far as vodka and redbull, one is a stimulant and one is a depressant. They don't cancel each other out but I believe that drinking vodka with red bull long term can have adverse affects. It is why if you read a box of No-Doz(another form of caffeine) it tells you not to drink alcohol with it. It may increase the affects of the drug making it more strong. Drinking vodka and redbull does not keep you awake. Intimately the caffeine in the redbull will give you a spark of life but once you have consumed your fair share of drinks alcohol will no doubt begin to take its toll on your body.

.Drinking a a can of Red Bull is the same as drinking 6 cans of cola. Drinking it with any alcohol just gets you very drunk without falling asleep. It originates from Thailand and it,s purpose is to give you a jolt of energy. A Thai version of a health drink. Any person with a bad heart or blood pressure should avoid drinking it, even more so with alcohol. PS. One Red Bull has the sugar equivalent of six cans of cola.

Redbull is high in caffeine which increases your heart rate just by sitting still and drinking it. Long-term this can not be healthy for your heart.

it's the caffine. it makes your body woke harder then actually leave you more tired after the initial burst. also some people have mild heart coditions they don't know about and the extra pressure on the heart can then cause problems.
it is given to premature babies to help increase their heart rate when they are very poorly

Well, it is full of sugar, that's not good for anyone. And some people's hearts do react to the caffeine, yes.
