if I were you, I would think instead of what it is like to have to attend a mental hospital for the rest of your life because of your use of cannabis and other drugs, or what it is like to live on the streets because of the effects of drug use on your physical and mental health.

You mean tenerife? No it is definetley not legal although my friend bought some vodka with crumbs of dope through it in Tenerife! The shopkeeper said "Vodka make you happy, this vodka make you different happy!!" lol
