They say you don't get it twice but ebstein barr lives inside and can resurface. I had mono when I was a teenager (18)
and while I was 20 had the same thing again (low fever, couldn't shake feeling well, and tired) my doctor ran tests and it showed this.

After having the disease, a person will have lifelong immunity to it, so will not catch it again. Some healthy young adults can go on to be long-term carriers of the virus.

Unfortunately, you can get Mono more than once. Please check out cdc.gov and web.com. They can give you some very detailed information. You apperantly already know the symptoms. Get some rest and good luck.
