Without punctuation, I'm guessing that your question is whether your doctor should be worried, since you're a type 2?
Probably. Peripheral neuropathy is a common problem with type-2 diabetics in the more advanced stages of the disease. Since the blood sugar isn't being controlled all that well (or you've had the disease for a long time), the nerve endings in your hands and feet will start to decay. He may not be worried because there's nothing he can do about it.
If this is what you have, then the best thing you can do is get regular foot checks (the VON usually has clinics), so that they can check for cracks, ulcers, etc.. be careful using moisturizers on your feet since they can cause infections if left in the cracks..
Good luck.

Is your doctor an Endocronologist, or a General Practioner? If the numbness & tingling is happening a lot (i.e. more times than not) it could be neuropathy, which I'm sure is what you're concerned about. How's your sugar? Sometimes with neuropathy you can reverse the symptoms with tight control of your blood sugars. Your doc should know this. If you are seeing a G.P. and not and Endocronologist for your diabetes, you may want to have him give you a recommendation for and Endo. G.P.'s can't manage your diabetes like an Endo can. Best of luck

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes and should not be ignored. If your doctor is not concerned, I would suggest finding another doctor or at least getting another opinion. Your health is much too important settle for an opinion you are obviously not completely confident with.

My friend is able to control his diabetic problem through acid-alkaline diet. I got the idea from the book "pH miracle for Diabetes".
He is able to control his sugar level by drinking super greens daily, even though he continue to snack on his favorite food.

Get a second opinion. Go see another physician, because tingling could be caused by a hidden source.
