I have been using a saltwater lavage which has only been partially successful. Is there another remedy which might be more successful?

There are two yoga methods called jala neti and sutra neti that are effective, but do a Google search for Arnold Ehret and incorporate some of his guidlines if you want to be free of this condition.

I too use the saltwater lavage. Plus, I use the generic form of Clariton every day, and a nasal steroid two times per day. I have had good luck with this combination this past year.

You may want to look into allergy triggers in your home. Such triggers can cause snot to form in the nasal and sinus cavities. Some examples are pets, dust, mold, sleeping with pets, dirty air ducts, smoke, dust mites, and plants/weeds just to name a few
