Grass contains protein and carbs, and people drink wheatgrass, so... it seems like it should work.

why? this is a very incomplete diet even for a vegan. you really do need to have a large variety of food in your diet to make sure that you are getting all the proper nutrients, vitamines and minerals. plus you have to make sure you eat the right kind of grass, just because a horse can eat something doesn't make you able to eat it too.

grass contains little to no carbs and no protein
wheatgrass is different then grass
humans can't digest grass or wheatgrass, unless it's juiced
a shot of wheatgrass contains pretty much only vitamin in it

so a human can live 90 days on water and grass, less if the dude in question weights less.

ridiculous. Grass is for cows. Wheatgrass is healthy, but other grasses are not. We don't have 4 stomachs like a cow does to digest grass. Why would you even ask such a silly question

Three weeks because our stomachs are designed to digest meat and some plant material but not grass. The 3 weeks part because you can live three weeks because that is how long you can you can live without food. Leave grass to cows

As long as you are eating enough grass, probably until you get scurvy from lack of vitamin C.

...yeah. Humans can't really eat grass. I mean, we all know how tempting it is to just dig in when you smell a freshly-cut lawn, but... it's not such a good idea.
