I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disorder wherein there is irregular or no production of Insulin causing intolerance to glucose, carbohydrates, protein, and lipids. Irregular production of insulin may lead to Hyperglycemia or Hypoglycemia.

Hyperglycemia results from deficiency of Insulin that counters or neutralize glucose in our blood, and Hypoglycemia results from too much Insulin that circulate in our blood. Each of that condition maybe present with a diabetic person at a given time. If a diabetic person did not eat in time, he may have hypoglycemia wherein the glucose level of the blood lowers, and when he/she ate too much especially sweets, and high caloric contents foods, he/she will have hyperglycemia wherein there is high glucose level in the blood.

The key word here is to prevent the occurrence of both, Hyperglycemia and Hypoglycemia. To prevent Hyperglycemia, regulate eating carbohydrates especially simple carbohydrates. Eat complex carbohydrates instead, eat fresh fruits and vegetables instead of preserved ones, measure your protein and fat intake. You may want to see a dietician for these. Eat regular foods according to your weight, that’s the key. Do not overeat. Exercise regularly too, but never do strenuous exercises. To prevent Hypoglycemia, eat at regular interval. The best is to eat six small meals at a time.

However if hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia set, a diabetic person should recognize and differentiate the symptoms of each.
Here are the symptoms of Hyperglycemia:
Mild to Moderate:
frequent urination, thirst, hunger pangs, blurred vision, slow wound healing, vaginal infections, weakness, and numbness.
Severe:
The above symptoms plus headache, low blood pressure, weak and rapid pulse, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, Acetone pain, and mental status change.

Here are the symptoms of Hypoglycemia:
Mild:
Sweating, tremor, palpitation, nervousness, hunger, and fast heart beat.
Moderate:
Inability to concentrate, Headache, lightheadedness, confusion, memory lapses, numbness of the tongue and lips, slurring of speech, lack of coordination, emotional changes, double vision, and drowsiness.
Severe:
Disorientation, sleepiness, difficulty arousing from sleep, and loss of consciousness.

If you see these symptoms and they are still mild to moderate, you can give chocolate bar, soft drinks, sugar, or honey for hypoglycemia. For hyperglycemia, check the blood sugar level and give her oral insulin tablets, or insulin injections depending on what medication she have. However if the condition is severe, you have to go to the nearest hospital for proper medication and treatment.

I hope you learned from me.

Good day and good luck.
