Hey is there any teen vegans out there. Im 13 yrs old and i turned a vegan last septemeber after three yrs of being a vegetarian. The reasons i did it is that I love Animals and hate to see them suffer (peta.org showed me just how bad it is) I like to look after the environment.(As you should know the damages that livestock has on the environment) And i just cant stand eating anything that comes from an animals let alone actually eating THE animal! Alot of people say that we shouldnt be Vegans for reasons like it'll stump our growth we'll get sick etc, but i am a very healthy and happy Vegan!
I wanna say thanks for helping the world. :D

I am. Good thing my friend.
I've just never really liked meat. Although when I get angry I do want it but other than that I substitute with BOCA and stuff like that. Also shitake mushrooms, to replace beef jerky.

I am a vegetarian working my way to vegan-ism. When I was around your age I began to learn about animal cruelty in ways I never thought happened. I love animals, I realize that they feel pain and emotions like humans do and they deserve the right to live and not be used for humans. I am also healthy and feel better now than when I had dead animals in my body!

I'm 13 too! Yay!

I am not vegan (yet) but that's because I've only made the switch a year ago. Also, my parents are really strict and they are really against me being vegan. The reason why I changed was for environmental reasons (as well as positive peer pressure). I am living a much better life thanks to this great diet!

I gave up milk and cheese formerly I gave up meat. as long as you do it at a %. that fits your character its all sturdy. you in user-friendly terms could ensure you're watching food in a diverse way as you alter your food plan. a lot of human beings fail because of the fact they have style of a hedonistic courting with food. They rationalize undesirable possibilities by technique of exclaiming the exhilaration of eating outweighs the type you sense after the actuality. the super difficulty approximately being vegan is that in case you do it genuine, no longer in user-friendly terms does the food style sturdy yet you sense sturdy when you consume it too. while i grew to become into transitioning, I had temptations. Going out to consume grew to become into problematic, I advise Pizza, breakfast cakes, all of them tasted super. yet you may tell your self that those meals are enjoying you the fool. They style sturdy yet they make you much less wholesome. I had to cause them to the enemy with a view to no longer be tempted anymore. no longer anybody needs to be as severe, yet once you finally end up "cheating" once or twice a week and getting dairy aches afterwards something might desire to be carried out. lol. In all honesty I enjoyed cheese too, yet you do no longer understand how lots cheese messes you up till you go without for some weeks. It makes you so drained, weights you down and does not make digestion go easily. sturdy success and that i wish you come back to a selection to circulate by way of with this effective existence decision.

Good for you, my dear! My 12 year old is mostly vegan. We have a cow that is happy to share her raw milk with us. We churn it into butter and make homemade cheese. If we didn't milk her, she would get engorged, so she is happy to give us her gifts. We use no products that harm animals in any way, and don't wear leather or fur. We make all of our own cosmetics, shampoos, and household cleansers. I am proud of you for your choice. If you want to converse with my daughter (or me) feel free to email
