What are all the causes of insulin release by the pancreas?

Insulin is released in response to increased glucose levels in the blood. It acts to regulate the metabolism of glucose in the blood which in turn also metabolizes fats, carbohydrates and proteins.

I'm pretty sure ONE of them is having to much glucose in your body.
