I like asian food. But foods like dim sum, and some of the vietnamese pho. Although is good, it gives me bad poop. I say again I enjoy the food. It taste good. I only hate the after effects. Having to feel bloated or uneasy in the stomach.

Why? Does this happen to you?

This is because you are not use to it. Your gastric cannot stand the effect of those food as it cannot adapt to the the change you make.

Actually, once you started eating them oftenly, you will eventually get used to it.

My poops are fantastic. Thanks for the concern.

I get bad poops when I eat pizza, cakes, sweets, potato chips and junk food. I think it has to do with too much fat, MSG and food additives. I'm Asian and I prepare Asian food at home myself. My own food gives me mighty gorgeous poops. I think it's the eating out part that's uneasy on the body.

My guess is that you eat all those Asian food from restaurants.

i'm not sure, yet a have a theory.(Please bypass to the final sentence in case you do no longer choose to examine my explanation.) for the reason that human beings enhance from all the healthful food and minerals, canines might too. think of approximately it like this, if our canines have been to consume a fowl bone or any nutrition relatively,(only theory-approximately a random occasion) they might age and enhance plenty faster than we do. Our digestive platforms are plenty extra complicated and it takes time for our "waste" to leave our physique. so as that they'd die of freeing their "waste" continuously. regardless of the reality that, it certainly relies upon on what breed your canines is, and how you have taken care of them in the past. A unexpected replace in a canines's eating regimen would have some harsh or danger unfastened outcomes and outcomes. So certainly, in the event that they consume human nutrition, it could effect in an till now loss of life than it could have been.

If you had fermented foods (like fish sauce or shrimp paste) your system might not be used to them.

Too much oil in Asian (and in particular, Chinese) dishes can cause diarrhea.

The worst however is if you eat raw food like sushi. It probably means the restaurant you go to is unclean.
