Yes, definately. Chlamydia is the most common STD and it is often accomponied by Gonorrhea. 75% of women and 50% of men have Chlamydia and do not have symptoms. It is easier for women to contract Chlamydia or Gonorrhea than a man, because the bacteria has to enter the urethra, which is so small compared to the mucous membrane of the vaginal area!

If you are thinking you might have an STD, go to your physician, clinic, or health department ASAP! Chlamydia and Gonorrhea can lead to sterility, and this is permanent! The bacteria can travel to your testicles, making you no longer able to produce BABIES!

Untreated chlamydia can cause a variety of complications
Complications in men include:

Urethritis.
Inflammation of the tubes that hold sperm (epididymitis).
Inflammation of the prostate, the gland that makes most of the fluid in semen (prostatitis).
Infertility.
Other complications of untreated chlamydia in all people include:

Conjunctivitis.
Inflammation of the mucous membrane of the rectum (proctitis).
Varied symptoms, such as joint and eye inflammation, caused by bacterial infection (Reiter's syndrome).
Lymphogranuloma venereum, or LGV. This is caused by a type of chlamydia that is usually rare in the United States; however, it is becoming more common in men who have sex with men. It causes open sores in the genital area, headache, fever, fatigue, and swelling of the lymph nodes in the groin.
Gonorrhea
Complications in men
Men with untreated gonorrhea may develop:

An infection of the urethra (urethritis).
Epididymitis, an inflammation and infection of the epididymis-the long, tightly coiled tube that lies behind each testicle and collects sperm.
An inflammation of the prostate gland (prostatitis).
Infertility.
Complications of untreated gonorrhea in other areas of the body
Complications of disseminated gonococcal infection (DGI) include:

Fever.
Skin infection (cellulitis).
An infection in the bloodstream (sepsis).
Inflammation of a joint (arthritis). It most often affects the knees and hands.
An infection and inflammation of the heart valves and the chambers of the heart (endocarditis).
An infection of the fluid and tissues that surround the brain and spinal cord (meningitis).

So this i what you have to look forward to if you dont get treated.
