its soaked in buttermilk,salt,pepper,garlic powder,lemon pepper,paprika, n 1 other secret ingredient that i cannot reveal.then its dipped in spiced up flour n then its back into the milk solution n then back into the flour again..then its deep fried..

It is a batter made with buttermilk, flour and several spices. The chicken is pressure fried so it gets the crispy crust while cooking inside.

Fast food joints spend MIILIONS of dollars learning, scheming, and testing how to make food addictive and tastey.
They don't just throw a bunch of simple ingredients like breading and a few spices together and hope people enjoy it. They have carefully planned focus groups, surveys, scientifically designed experiments, and brain analysis to make those greasy chicken corpses taste like manna from heaven. You won't be able to duplicate it, unless you are a mad scientist and have access to dangerous chemicals that belong in a chemistry factory rather than food.

It's flour dipped in seasonings. And dipped fried so it can come out nice crispy chicken!!

Supposedly its Flour, roll the chicken pieces in the flour and throw them in a deep fryer for a few minutes

Its a mix of flour and spices. they dip it in water and dip it in the mix. Twice for crispy.

Flour. and thoses 11 herbs and spices is a fraud!!! They tested it and found it was only salt, pepper, MSG and paprika! Ha! Liar's!!! But, it sure is good!
