use it as a large griddle, frying pan or tawa (used for cooking flatbreads in India).

I have sauteed, seared, pan fried... it's versatile & great when entertaining.

You can cook anything you want. It is a semi-flat pan that can accommodate lots of different foods. Try a breakfast scramble or how about a salisbury steak stew.

I've cooked anything from potato/corned beef hash, fried eggs, cooking sausage or browning meat, you name it. It's a nice big pan, isn't it? :) Very useful for so many things.
