i Would like to comment back on friendofbart "How can you worry about that anyway I'm not being horrible but from your previous answers to questions you still have animal produce like milk and cream so you are not a true veggie or vegan then I'm not being mean" firstly i know your not being mean but its would be good if you knew what you were chatting about i am a Lacto-ovo vegetarian meaning i can eat milk and its derivatives, like cheese, butter, or yogurt and eggs, anyway thanx for all the answers so far. i have drunk 4 pints of water so far, i cant see why anyone would thnk im acting like a child if you had somthing vile in your body you would want it out

A MINISCULE amount of fish is found in Worcestershire sauce.
Unless you have a fish allergy--Find something else to worry about.
Animal welfare of dairy herds and chickens perhaps.

Mistakes happen
You could vomit, take lots of laxatives....
There is a several-day veggie detox diet if you have a juicer.
But, the simple truth is that you made a mistake. If you were eating fish on purpose you wouldn't be a vegetarian, but you made a mistake.
Once I ordered a tofu appetizer from a Chinese restaurant. After having a couple of pieces, I asked what the interesting, shiny things were... found out they were fish scales.
I was upset and bummed that I ate them... and that they were in a tofu dish... but I couldn't change anything, so I had to get over it and do better in the future.
If you can't change an action, learn and grow from it.

You can raise your metabolism with exercise, and maybe take a colon cleanser- but really, I'd say just don't worry about it. Now you know.
Have you been doing this long? No offense- but this sort of thing happens all the time. You just do what you can to try to live the way you've decided to, and move on when things happen. Honestly there are so many animal products you have no idea about- like ninety percent of the time "other natural flavors and colors" are cochineal or something. You can't worry about it every time you find something like this out. You'll go crazy and perhaps do yourself physical harm trying to purge.

Before I went vegan, I ate accidentally eggs in a hotel and was told later they were made in lard. There was nothing actually I could do because it was hours later, but these were the last eggs I ever had.
I understand how disgusted you are, just try to relax, everything will be out by tomorrow. And go for vegan Worcestersauce from now on. Eat lots of raw carrots, because they clean out your colon.

Wow those are some sucky "pals". i could ditch them and locate some new respectful ones if I have been you. That mentioned, i think of it happens to all and sundry faster or later. i've got have been given nutrition that replaced into meant to be vegetarian, and had chicken in it, or beef accidently dropped on my vegetarian pizza. you would be grossed out for somewhat, in spite of if it won't harm you any. As an advantage, you presently be attentive to those persons are no longer genuine pals. genuine pals appreciate you.

Sweat it out, that is the best way to detoxify the body. Also drink lots of water and pure juice. Not store bought cheap stuff, but the really pro-active kind of healthy foods. You could go to the local grocery store and get health drinks that will help to clean your system faster. As well as drink lots of water. Best of luck, if all else fails throw up.

Vegetarianism is about being healthy and avoiding cruelty to animals, neither of which will be helped by getting a little fish out of your body.
Your attitude just harms the view that meat eaters have of vegetarians (and thus vegetarianism). Grow up.

Best thing to do is to go to a doctor to get it surgically removed, forget about it, it's one mistake, or try and make yourself throw up.
