Mexico has so many wonderful fruits and fresh veggies--- just be CAREFUL not to eat from street vendors, no matter how tempting their wares! You will probably be eating a lot of raw things, so be fastidious! Better to buy stuff whole and unpeeled.
If you are staying in a place with a kitchen it really does help to prepare your own food when possible. You need your stuff well washed--- dysentery is a drag!
A difficulty that I found was that many of the restaurants use lard in the refried beans. Ask.
Good luck!

you're incorrect Sorry! The mountain Gorilla actual eats despite flowers is accessible and eats bugs, grubs slugs and so on. in simple terms because of the fact it particularly is no longer a predator would not advise it particularly is a vegan! it particularly is tailored to extra healthful it particularly is ecosystem. guy-type had to consume meat to stay to tell the story of their environments and nonetheless could in the event that they lived a organic lifelike the 'Gorilla'. whether we don't stay a organic existence do we? in case you had to outlive a meals regimen of interior reach British fruit, vegetables and cereal vegetation and in basic terms whilst they have been in season, how long could you reside healthful? the only reason you could survive a Vegan meals regimen is on account which you will get meals from around the globe, and guy has cultivated those products for hundreds of years. have you ever seen a wild strawberry or wild wheat? they're tiny! Even the potatoes you probable DO consume at the instant are not interior reach! The Mountain Gorilla is not any extra effective than the Grizzly undergo that's a meat and fish eater yet i'm no longer stupid sufficient to declare that it is evidence we could continuously consume meat! you have a decision, be thankful for it and go away others to pick their very own paths by existence!

It shouldn't be too hard to find vegan food in Cancun. I've been doing a lot of traveling lately and I'm surprised about how much vegan food I can find.

I live in China right now. I wouldn't say it's as easy as it is in America, but veganism is really not that hard to find anywhere I've been.

No there are lots of great vegan or veggie dishes that are Mexican.

the key is to trust the sanitary conditions.

produce has to be washed and a lot of people have problems with the water in Mexico and forget about the fact that food is washed in tap water.

but lots of bean and rice and tomato dishes to be had.

Mexicans eat plenty of veggies, but often their dishes are flavored with meat. You need to be able to speak enough Spanish to ask for "no Carne, no Juevos, and no Queso, por favor".
Have fun and good luck.

Typically there are a lot of fresh fruits and salads available. You can probalby do it, but it won't be easy since you will likely have to rely on restaurants for most (or all?) of your meals. Good luck!
