Besides Hawaii, probably the US mainland. First started with Roy's restaurants, then Sam Choy's and now lots of Hawaiian BBQs opening up everywhere.

O'ahu is the mecca for Hawaiian food. But also check out Las Vegas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Tucson, Denver, New York City, Boston, Seattle, Portland... Wherever there is a large community of Hawaiians, chances are there is a restaurant. Hawaii--and probably some fusion Hawaiin and Californian places in southern california--I read that a lot of Hawaiians are moving to Las Vegas and Nevada and that is also a place where they have a lot of food options (Vegas, that is) so you might find some good Hawaiian places there--good luck...
