There are many plants that contain phytoestrogen. Which is plant estrogen. Soy, garbanzos, asparagus, pumpkin, yam, red clover, green beans, green peas.

Yadda yadda.

Before you get upset and think they're messing with your masculininty - you should know the plant estrogen is very good for you and will keep you from getting different types of cancer.

This as opposed to the estrogen mimicing chemicals in your tap water which will make you sterile. Before you go running out to buy bottled - most of that comes from a tap. So buy yourself a purifier.

I haven't heard this one before, but there is a huge difference between plant estrogens and man-made, or animal, ones! Check with Whole Foods Market on this.

I don't think so. Its a bean. It can't contain human estrogen.
