Chick peas are the same as garbanzo beans. They're just named differently. Same pea, different names. Look at their shapes and you'll see they're the same.

I think so, chick peas are wet and garbanzo beans are the toasted or not wet version of chick peas. If I am wrong may lightning strike me down. I watch enough cooking shows to know.
