I am using symbicort200/6- it works but my question is can this inhaler make you feel hungry- put weight on you and actually make you feel breathless

Yuh cortisone can addd the #s I put on 40# with prednisone

I have had side effects with almost all
wild dreams
charley horses
Swelling above the color bone
similar to UTI
water bloat
Larengitis
Palitating heart
high /Low blood pressure
Shortness of breath
Flu like symptoms
made it so my viagra didn't work


yup they didn't test thing line of drugs very well

That stuff is a cortisone derivative. Cortisone derivatives are known to have these side effects (increased hunger & weight gain) on many many people, but usually not when it is used locally (my sister takes nasal cortisone every summer for her allergies and does not have these symptoms). I guess if you use it in your lungs it can have the systemic effects.

Do you take this for asthma ? If so consult your doctor, there are other options for asthma control. Cortisone is not meant for regular long term use. And if you use this more than 3 times a week (barring in prevention for intense exercise), your asthma is not properly controlled.

I almost never use inhaler. I have not seen any change.

but be careful, it may have side effect which may cause short of breathing

I really don't know since I have not use the inhaler
