fasting in arabic would be "siyaam". we fast from dawn to sun down for 29-30(depending on the moon sighting).and during fasting we cannot eat,drink,sex.and we should be extra mindful of staying away from bad actions

Hey! well! ya! u got that rite! but the fast is known as "Saum" (in arabic origin) which means Fast! thats wat its called! hopefully u get my point! bye!
