coffee with sugar might help
pure essential oil of mint or eucalyptus also helps (apply a very little amount and be careful that it does not come into contact with the eyes or near the eyes)

I get horrendous migraines and have since I was little.

The only thing that keeps them at bay is chiropractic care. But I have to keep up with my maintenance visits each month or I will start getting them again.

But it's worth it with all of the other benefits and I spend less on the chiro visit than I would on pain meds... do the math!

Depending on what is causing your migraine, you may be able to get relief by seeing a chiropractor. My husband has migraines due to a problem with his neck, and visits to the chiropractor are helpful to him.
