I come from Canada and I had my indefinite leave to remain in he UK 3 years ago.

I spent a semester in college then I dropped out and went to college in Canada, spent a semester then went back to the UK and have been there since. Only went to Canada n Holliday for a couple of days.

If I go to University on September 07, Will I be paying Home fees or international fees?

Thanks!

i am sure you will have to pay home fees if you have ILR when you apply for uni just explain it on your application form that you went to Canada for a Holiday you don't have to tell them that you went to college in Canada. and when they reply to you they will tell you how much you have to pay.

in maximum situations you do no longer ought to declare spent convictions. there are particular exceptions which includes in case you're utilizing to artwork with toddlers. in spite of the indisputable fact which you need to purely verify you're truthful in the shape you answer questions or you could depart your self open to being sacked if the corporate reveals out which you have lied. as an occasion, in case you're requested "Do you have any convictions" then you definately can genuinely say no - as your conviction is spent. in spite of the indisputable fact that, in case you're requested "have you ever been convicted of an offence" then your truthful answer could ought to be confident - after which you would be able to (quickly) clarify the situations. solid success with the activity purposes.

It depends on how you gained ILR. If it was as a refugee then the residency requirements are waived. If ILR was granted for some other reason then the residencey requirement is 3 years.

it will depend if you paid taxes during that period. Check with the university normally they send you an application where you fill all the details but their financial office will be there to help you and resolve queries
