No I like women making the moves first, its a huge ego boost and at the same time means that I don't have to make a **** of myself for once by asking and by getting snubbed.
Its only happened once or twice, but boy, they were fine moments! Made me feel 10 foot tall and king of the world.
Playing by the rules is less fun for them, this is supposed to be the age of equality after all, me I still hav emanners so hold the doors for people - women and men, but then they look at you as if to say, what do you think I am incapable and march off without even saying thanks.
But I don't wish to rant or go off topic, so, yes, I like it when a woman makes the first move.

Judge the situation and the person. I'd be flattered and it wouldn't bother me though I can see why it might bother some. If the chap in question is an oldfashioned kind of man then they may feel it is they're job to do the chasing though I've always thought that a little "knuckle dragger" if you see what I mean. There should be no reason why people cannot approach people if irispective of gender.

its cool for girls to make the first move but this depends on how well you the guy in question, on someone you have only just met it can seem a little bit tarty, if its a friend then its just a case of how much you value that friendship should things not work out or the compromising position if they say no,i suggest find an intrest and get tickets-sport -music etc etc

Good god - have I time travelled? Is this the 21st century?
Do you really think our mothers and grandmothers spent so much time fighting to make sure women had sexually equality, access to contraception, knowledge of our own bodies and sexuality, access to equal education, pay and jobs so that their daughters and grandaughters could sit around worrying about whether or not they should call a man they like the look of or not?!
Do you own your sexuality? Do you have a brain and intelligence? If we demand the right to say 'no and have that respected then we shoul also demand the right to say 'yes please' and have that respected. I really can't believe how repressed generation y is! Call him!

I am an assertive kind of person so I would probably repel an assertive woman but there are some men that need the woman to take the lead or they'll never progress with their life. (A nice way of saying they'll never get laid! LOLOL)

I like it when i get asked out.... i am normally surrounded by my friends at all times so feel very...on show.... or they are pushing me to speak to a girl if i like the look of her...and i feel pressured....
I just like to talk to someone first.... so i like to be at least on the same table and involve them in the conversation...
hate the whole walk up thing.... i am more of a buy the girl a drink and then sit back down..... i dont like to put any pressure on people... if she wants to talk to me .. that is enough of an invite...if she doesnt she doesnt....

Yes, in married life for sure most of the time woman will come first. But in new relations definitely man will take first.
