The following crappy brands offer 0% financing....

Dodge
Mercury
Mitsubishi
SAAB
Volvo

But you need at least 730 FICO to qualify.

It's hard to say and hard to research by internet. The only thing I can offer as a solution would be to log-in to each manufacturer's website(s) and lookup their current incentives for their cars. Also keep an eye on the newspaper where they often advertise their best specials.
