I don't think you're asking this question of the right people. You need to contact whoever you made the payment to. Yahoo Answers is a bunch of people from around the world basically chatting with each other. None of us have access to your personal information or what you might have paid to who.

We really wont be able to understand what your access has been denied to with the little teeny bit of crums you have tossed out to us.
Call the company.
See what they have to say
and specifically go talk to the employee that you handed the cash too!

payment on what? sometimes it takes 5 business days idont know why when you payed cash i guess to process
