A human being has many reasons for his death? like ageing, accident etc. Is the oxygen we consume or the water we drink causes ageing and ultimately death or is there any other thing in universe?

Yep, it is the oxygen, the very stuff that keeps us alive is killing us!
Also DNA degradation, or a copy of a copy of a copy etc, leads to genetic flaws, and ageing!

Avoid dying in a silly accident, and hope that modern medicine will find cures for whatever could harm you before it does harm you. Some estimates that by 2020 or 2030, the life expectancy will increase by more than 12 months each calendar year. I don't know about you, but I would like to be around to see that happen (and the last person to die just before this happen would feel somewhat silly, especially if that death is self imposed -- stupid jackass stunt, or drug overdose, or lung cancer from smoking, etc...)

Birth and death are natural phenomenon. Can you ask any body that I don't want to take birth in this world. If you become immortal by chance, after sometime you will get bored with this world seeing the same things again and again. Finally you like to quit this world by dying. In the olden days rishis lived long by their yogic power and attained Ichha marana.Even in Maha Bharatha the good old man Bhisma Pitamaha had boon to have ichha marana. So if you want to be immortal live like rishis or do penance and pray for a boon from almighty.

On the plus side, death is one of the few things that can be done just as easily lying down.

It's impossible to avoid mortality. Incidentally, it is said that death is like waking up from a nightmare. I'm looking forward to it.
