Start taking hamdard's Safi, this will help the root cause of your pimples. Wash your face with a mixture of multani mitti, sandalwood powder, and a drop of oil (except coconut); make a paste with water or rose water, and use it like a face-wash -- apply the paste, and then rinse off using cold water. Do this twice a day. Rinse your face as often as possible, and wipe your face with a separate, clean towel. You could try biotique cream, but finally use whichever suits your skin best.

This method REALLY works, I too had oily skin and severe acne, now my skin is normal, and the pimples are gone. This paste also gives your face a glow (non-oily!) and improves its quality. This is a long-term remedy, unlike over the counter stuff.

If you decide to go to a dermatologist, please DON'T use anti-biotics, it can worsen your acne, or have other side-effects. If you plan to use anything other than home remedies, go to wikipedia, and read about side-effects. One link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accutane#Adverse_effects

Home remedies are the best, especially in the long run, and the improvement is not temporary, unlike chemical treatments, drugs and topical creams.
These simple remedies worked wonders for me. Hope it helps you too.

raw unpasturized apple cider vinegar..
the following 2 testimonials can be seen at http://www.earthclinic.com/cures/acne.ht...
Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!

Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."

you can get it at the health food store, or in some super market health food sections.
good luck

try using products specifically for reducing oil. clearasil has some decent ones, but there are others out there
Also, if your skin is oily, wash your hair daily. i know this may seem unrelated, but it makes a huge difference.
with the pimples, dont squeeze them. it'll make the problem worse.
