i dont understand your question...but still ,i say he is present in you..in every one! do you believe in him if only you see him ?????see him in the form of those who help you...he is the one who sends them for your rescue...he does for me too...
[if someone's blind then he must be realising that those who can see aren't able to realise Him! actually it is He who helps him to live in this world]

If God is everywhere, is he in my toilet? When I have a cold, am I blowing my nose on God? Sorry, but I don't see God everywhere. I don't see him anywhere at all. I just see silly people believing in primitive myths.
Also, isn't God supposed to be all-powerful? I'm just wondering because your question seems to indicate a God that can't do certain things unless we allow him to, in which case he does not have very much power after all. Perhaps you need to rethink your theology and maybe worship a better God. Zeus seems pretty scary--he makes lightning bolts! So maybe you should worship him because he might zap you.
