I recently found out, that when a person dies, he/she loses 21 grams of weight. I am not sure if this is true or not. And what could those 21 grams be? I am guessing it is that person's soul. Am I true in this thinking?

I have heard such a thing. Whether it is someones soul, or spirit, is still unknown. Scientifically it has been supposed it is the last "gasp" of air expressed from the lungs.
I am a Christian, and I suppose it is possible for it to be the soul. As the other posted about God breathing into Adam's lungs and he became a living being... I believe that.

You lose it, I wouldnt suggest death as a weight loss procedure though. There are many other diets and activities you can try which do not take away the joy of living

its amazing (and a little scary) how many people believe this crap!
This is just not true.
Even if you were to lose weight, it would be from loss of bodily fluids as your muscles relax, not your "soul" escaping.

That is correct. Your soul, spirit does not weigh that much and goes to either hell or Heaven, depending on whether you trust in Jesus.
