My natural hair colour is very dark brown but for a coulple of years i had it blonde and just before i meet my boyfriend i went back to my natural colour.He's seen pictures of me when i was blonde and he hates it, says it didnt suit me and that i look far better dark. Im thinking about having a FEW FINE blonde highlights put in and he aint happy, says i cant!!What do i do???

first of all.. he says you can't?
he does not control you so don't let him.
if he really loves you, and this is waht you want...
then you should do it. don't let him
change your decision about this. it's your hair.
tell him he can do w/e he wants with his.
it sounds like you're already compromising with just having
a few fine blonde highlights instead of
a whole head of blonde. well good luck. and i hope

I've got dark brown hair too and my boyfriend wasn't keen on me having it lighter but I got some blonde highlights in and he ended up really liking it. It's not as if you want to do anything really drastic so just do it. I'm sure if you're happy with it he'll like it too, but he'll never know until you do it!
Even if you do it and it becomes a big issue and you or your boyfriend hate it it can easily be changed.

If I were you I'd ask what the real problem is, as it doesn't sound like it's the hair.
He should be saying he prefers you with it as it is ,but if you do dye it in anyway he still loves you the same .
If he does things without your consideration, yet he demands that you don,t do things.....dump him and dye your hair whatever colour you choose.

Whetever YOU want. It's your hair and ultimately your choice. If he wanted something done, say a tattoo for example it would be his choice in the end over yours. So do what you feel x

you could try light brown or red highlights they would look good if he doesn't like blond or try asking him what he would like

hmmmm, well it is your head of hair. Tell him you'll dye it back if it's really bothersome. Then just keep putting it off. Personally though, no one would tell me what to do about how I do my hair.
