Do i put the swim nappy over my babys nappy in the swimming pool or is it instead of a nappy? Shes 6 months old and i want to take her swimming soon

No it would be very unecessary for you to do this as the reason the swim nappy was invented is for the purpose of swimming or being submerged in water without having to wear a pamper that will fall apart in the pool not to mention be very uncomfortable for the baby if it doesent (could you imagine what that would feel like, poor baby!) The little swimmers are great and their is no need for anything else under them except the baby itself and don't forget to bring a diaper bag with extra swimmers because they do need to be changed a little more often due to the fact that no matter how waterproof something says it is, its usually not for extended periods of time. Don't forget your baby sun block and regular pampers and all that good stuff, and have a great time! Youll be surprised to see that your little one will catch on to the whole swimming concept very fast as the baby has just spent nine months swimming in your stomach, youll love it and expect the baby to sleep very heavy after it's time in the water because it wears them out!!! Enjoy your swimmin!!!!!

All that you need is the swim diaper. But make sure to get the kind that cinch up so that things can't come out, because some of the cheaper ones leak really bad. Good Luck and Have Fun!

It is used as a nappy, so just put it on. It has a draw string waist so you can adjust and tighten it to avoid any leaks. Happy swimming with your little girl!

no just put the swim nappy on then if you want your child's swim shorts or bottoms on but not really necessary
