The income tax department is chasing only one Hassan ali. The finance Minister knows very well that there may be a thousand Hassan ali's in the country. By freezing swizz bank accounts no money will be recovered from the people to whom it belongs. My question is Are we required to pay swiss bank charges on the amounts frozen as per the rules of swiss banking? If yes will the finance minister pay it from Taxpayers money?

The widest open secret in India is that many politicians, film stars, and cricketers hold money in Swiss banks or other banks without paying any tax.
Hasan Alis, Quttrochis get away with crimes.
Officially Swiss banks don`t charge money if crime is proved but Indian laws have too many loopholes to prove a rich man`s crime.

The exact number we will get only if the Swiss government releases the list of Indian's holding the accounts.......definitely there will be a mind blowing figures of the account holders and once if the govt can bring the money back....we will be the richest country in the world, clearing all the money borrowed for the development of the nation.........how good it would be.......all the best.

Do you know India is the richest county of the world ! Not joking but telling you the the fact. We have largest number of people who have Swiss bank accounts but although this is an open truth with the revenue departments but no action can be taken due to political pressures. But if the revenue departments of India bring all the wealth of all these people India becomes the richest country. Tell me am I wrong?
