You can't really tell from the LFTs whether you have cirrhosis or not. LFTs can be normal in patients with well compensated cirrhosis. They can be significantly elevated due to some form of hepatitis and return to normal with no residual injury.
The definitive diagnosis of cirrhosis is made by liver biopsy but indicators that cirrhosis might be setting in include retention of fluid (particlularly in the abdomen), bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract (vomiting of blood) or encephalopathy (confusion and drowsiness due to accumulation of toxic substances in the blood stream). A good clinician might be able to feel a hard liver with a sharp margin on clinical examination and an ultrasound or CT scan might show an irregular contour of the liver with abnormal blood vessels (varices).
